Great Stay!

Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Great Hotel

Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful but only one speaks English. Rooms were clean as was tge bathrooom. Cleaning staff attended everyday. Free coffe and tea is available in reception. The breakfast was excellent and we had a couple of meals in the evening. Meals were of a high quality and the portions were huge!

Atendimento e atenção às necessidades do hóspede passam longe deste hotel. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante. Falta preparo, falta interesse e, principalmente, falta respeito com quem está pagando. As solicitações básicas não são atendidas, a comunicação é falha e o hóspede claramente não é prioridade. O atendimento é frio, desorganizado e transmite a sensação de que qualquer demanda é um incômodo. Não há proatividade, não há solução e não há cuidado.

Equipe top, localização extraordinária ao lado de um shopping, excelente custo benefício, café da manhã muito bom, dispõe de tomada free para conexão de carregador para veículo elétrico, quartos ok para poucos dias, colchão e excelentes travesseiros, para quem vai continuar viagem é uma excelente opção.

O principal problema do hotel são as normas que obrigam aos clientes aguardar exatamente o horário do check-in, mesmo que o quarto esteja disponivel. Cheguei às 09h e me informaram que o quarto estava disponível, entretanto teria que pagar a mais para acessar o quarto, cerca de R$180, ou seja praticamente mais uma diária. Uma política nada adequada ao cliente, informei que no check-out sairia com mais de 12 horas de antecedência, mesmo assim nada foi oferecido, um total desrespeito com o cliente. O café da manhã é otimo, com muitas opções. E o quarto é simples, mas bom, só não gostei dos travesseiros muito baixinho.
