We had an excellent stay and our host Amber was great. She was responsive and an excellent communicator. Responses were fast. She was easy to work with. My travel dates changed a few times and she worked with me and was exceedingly accommodating. The house itself was wonderful. Clean. Well apportioned. We did not want for anything. The home had coffee, sugar, cream and both a Keurig and standard drip coffee pot. This is clutch! There is nothing worse than arriving in the evening and still needing to shop and discovering there is no coffee to be had in the morning. I traveled with my adult son and two dogs. The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs. The yard was plenty big. The fence is tall and sturdy. (I have a dog that can find any weakness in a fence or jump a fence. This fence kept her in the yard without issue.)Really, the house was far more than we needed for two humans and two dogs. But the price was right and, again, the yard was a selling point. The home is close to many attractions. Restaurants, the beach, USM Gulf Park campus, the aquarium… so much to see and do. We travel a lot and stay at many VRBOs. Sometimes (pretty often) the house is lovely but the neighborhood is sketchy. Not the case here at all. The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. Highly recommend.
