Our Townhome is a Beautiful, 3 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Bath Townhouse. We provide satellite TV and Wi-Fi with Netflix. It Features a Large Open Kitchen/dining/living Area With a Wide, Unobstructed View of the Ocean. Location can't be beat. It is a Short 5 Minute Walk to the Beach and Boardwalk and Also Just One Block From the Center of Downtown Long Beach and Its Shops, Bakery and Restaurants. The Ground Floor Has a Deep, 2 Car Garage, Washer/dryer, Ping-pong Table and Foosball Table. Large Gas Grill Also For Your Use. On the Second Floor There Are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Third Floor is the Main Living/Kitchen/Dining Area With Another 1/2 Bath.
The Wide, Unobstructed Ocean View from the Main Living Room is Beautiful. There is a Deck Off the Living Room and You Can Sit Outside and watch the kites or fishing boats, then watch the Beautiful Sun Set Over the Ocean. The Home is Furnished for Comfort With a Large, Comfy Sectional Sofa That Has a Pull Out Full Bed, Big Comfortable Chairs, As Well As a new 70" SMART TV and Blue-ray DVD Player.
