The resort does not offer air conditioning.

Elevators and a 24-hour front desk are available.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. Boats, RVs, and trailers cannot be accommodated.

Due to routine cleaning of hot tubs in penthouse suites, guests may experience a temporary delay in hot water on the day of check-in.

Pool and hot tub hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. No lifeguards are on duty.

Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.

WorldMark check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Resort Alerts

* The resort will undergo an extensive interior and exterior renovation from June 15, 2026 through November 1, 2026. Portions of the parking lot, guest accommodations, common areas, and one elevator will be unavailable during this project. Guests may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

* Elevator interior refurbishments are scheduled for March 15–19, 2027. One elevator will remain operational while work is completed. Dates are subject to change.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Wi-Fi fees and any applicable incidental charges are collected directly by the resort.

Our prices include all booking fees. Resort-imposed optional charges are collected separately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check-in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check.

This resort offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and concierge services. The front desk is open around the clock.
