Large air-conditioned front lounge room plus separate dining/family room to the rear. Modern kitchen with Bosch appliances that looks out to the large outdoor undercover entertaining area with BBQ & yard.
Drive through garage accesses through to a further double lock up garage with a table tennis table & an extra entertainment retreat area
The house is perfect for two families as it can sleep up to 9 people!
