Open floor plan main living area with the great room almost 28ft in height. This home literally has everything you need for entertainment, including deep water dockage and water-views. Newly created 1800 wine bottle cellar, to rec-room & large laundry room, then exit outside to relax where a custom build in stone pizza oven/bar area has been built out. Roughed in for an elevator all three floors. Pool and lounge area on East side of home, newly installed pebble tech pool finish, new pumps, gas heater and bbq area. This pool also includes water features, a beautiful rock ledge fall, with lighting to match. Four upstairs bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with private bath and 2 bedrooms with a Jack/Jill bathrooms. The 2nd floor oversized master bedroom has an extremely spacious master bath with bidet and walk in steam shower. Large walkin closet with custom lazy susan shelving and storage. All windows have functional plantation shutters, granite-tops throughout. This home is awesome for entertainment having a 13' screen in mancave. There are new re-decked/composite double docks, one with 12,500 lb lift, and outer dock capable of mooring up to 80ft vessel with 7ft of depth. Three car garage, all new A/C's, gas appliances and pool heater, this home has had a complete revamping over 15 years of being owned by same person.
