In the independent kitchen, you will find everything you need for your meals: an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a Tassimo pod coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle will allow you to start the day well. You can have your meals in the kitchen, or on the terrace, fitted out for your meals and to relax in the sun. A gas plancha is also at your disposal for delicious grilled food.



In the living room, a sofa bed offers sleeping accommodation for two people. You will also find two comfortable armchairs, a television with a digital terrestrial decoder and a DVD player.



On the bedroom side, you will have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bed of 110 x 190 cm, ideal for children, separated by a screen for more privacy.



The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a hairdryer and a washing machine. At the back of this room, you will also find the toilet. A high chair and a booster seat are available.



At approximately 250 m, a car park is available with public spaces, next to the library.
