Three spacious bedrooms featuring plush comfortable beds- a queen bed, double bed and 2 single beds.

Kitchen:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including oven, dishwasher and microwave. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk provided. Nespresso coffee pod machine with pods also provided.

Laundry & Bathroom:
Washing machine and dryer included. Basic toiletries are supplied for your convenience.

Backyard and spacious outdoor area:
Spacious outdoor area including a bbq. Backyard is not secure. Please do not enter the sheds or open gates to farm land.

Ample Parking is available including room for medium to large heavy rigid trucks- perfect for guests travelling with work vehicles, small trucks or trailers.

Guests have access to backyard. The property is surrounded by farm land. Gates must not be opened and guests are not to venture in paddocks, please abide signs on gates and fences. Guests must not enter sheds on the property. Property is surrounded by electric fences, do not touch them.
