Welcome to our charming 1910 Longmont home, located just a short walk from downtown Main Street! This comfortable 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and is a great home base for families, couples, business travelers, and those enjoying a longer stay in Northern Colorado.

The home features a cozy primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a full-size bed, and a third bedroom with additional sleeping space and a dedicated workspace. Fast fiber WiFi throughout the home makes it easy to work remotely, stream, or stay connected. The living room includes a 55" Smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to prepare meals during your stay, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Please note that the home does not have a dishwasher.

Outside, you'll find a fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating and a grill—a nice spot to enjoy some fresh Colorado air. We're also dog friendly, so your approved four-legged family members can come along.

One of our favorite things about this home is the location. Downtown Longmont's restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, and entertainment are within easy walking distance. It's also a convenient home base for exploring Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, and the rest of Northern Colorado.

A little about the home: We want our guests to know exactly what to expect when they arrive. This is a well-maintained 1910 home that has been thoughtfully updated over the years, but it is not a newly remodeled or luxury home. You'll find original features, well-loved hardwood floors, some unevenness in the floors, and other little quirks that come with a home that's more than 100 years old. We think those details are part of its character and charm, but we don't want guests arriving expecting new construction or a modern luxury remodel.

The home has one full bathroom shared by all three bedrooms. It is clean, comfortable, welcoming, and set up with the things you'll need to feel at home during your stay.
