Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. Prospect is a urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants and retail stores.
This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space sleeps up to four people. It was constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Our stay was wonderful! Check-in was easy and smooth. The carriage was clean and nestled in a really nice little urban community with a park and a great area to go for a walk. My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend this property. Very clean easy check in and the neighborhood has coffee breakfast and many other shops within walking distance. One of the best places I have booked so far. If you are in the longmount area don't missed this place well worth it.

Everything about this property was excellent. Hosts thought of and supplied us with everything to make our stay exceptional.
