Gather in the large kitchen, enjoy sunny Colorado on the patio which has ample seating. Enjoy the double sided gas fireplace in the dining room or the living room. Great for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only 20 minutes to Boulder. Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. This home has a private basement apartment with a separate entrance that host stays in. Maximum number of vehicles is 5. Vehicles can be parked in the garage and on the driveway. No street parking allowed. No RV's allowed. This is the host's primary residence. Host has personal belongings stored in the home.
