Welcome to our family’s Longmont gem — a home that’s been lovingly cared for for nearly 50 years. This spacious ranch combines comfort, character, and blazing-fast NextLight gigabit fiber internet, making it perfect for relaxing getaways, remote work, or extended stays. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with an optional air mattress available for up to 8. You'll be just minutes from downtown Longmont with easy access to Boulder, Denver, and the Rocky Mountains.

The main level features beautiful hardwood floors, three furnished bedrooms, and an updated accessible bathroom with a step-in shower and dual shower heads. Two bedrooms include queen luxury hybrid mattresses (Layla and DreamCloud), while the third offers a convenient twin trundle setup — four beds total.

Relax in the inviting living room with fun retro touches and a record player, or cook in the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, including coffee and French vanilla creamer to start your morning right.

Downstairs, you’ll find even more space to spread out, including a large sectional, a 65" TV for movie nights, a private office for remote work, laundry, and an additional bathroom.

Step into the enclosed four-season patio — perfect for dining, games, yoga, or simply enjoying Colorado sunshine year-round. Outside, the fully fenced backyard gives pets plenty of room to roam safely while you relax.

We loved our stay at GiGi’s cottage so much I gave it my own hashtag #cutecoloradocottage. It was exactly what I hoped: a fenced yard for the dogs, plenty of space upstairs and down, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and fun, colorful decor. Our host was responsive and helpful.
