Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen-size bed with quality linens, creating a peaceful retreat for every guest. The primary bedroom includes its own Roku Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom, while one guest bedroom also features a Roku TV for added convenience.



Step outside to enjoy the charming furnished back patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply unwinding in the fresh air.

Having a vehicle is recommended for getting around Longview. The home features an attached two-car garage along with additional driveway parking, making coming and going easy throughout your stay. Major roadways are just minutes away, providing convenient access to local businesses, dining, shopping, healthcare facilities, and nearby attractions.

-Please leave bathroom exhaust fans running while showering to help control humidity.

-To help protect the HVAC system during East Texas weather, please do not set the thermostat below 70°F during the summer or above 75°F during the winter.

-The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

-No parties or events.

-No smoking or vaping inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found by our cleaners you will be charged an additional $250 fee. By booking our home you are agreeing to this policy and additional fee.

-Longer-term stays are welcome!



Interaction with Guests:

We value your privacy and offer self check-in for a seamless arrival experience. While you may not see us during your stay, we're only a message away should you need anything.
