You’ll love our home because of the coziness, and beautiful garden view. Our house is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It sits on a 2 acre lot and part of our 6 acre complex. Very cozy, private, and wooded lot yards is great for families and groups. Two stories, three master bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Four bathrooms. One king size bed and four queen size beds.
Don't feel like cooking? the neighborhood grocery store is about 5 min walking from the house.
Near most things, golf courses, restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, fitness centers, drug stores, and the City of Orlando.
Close to the malls, Disney Parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Close to the Wekiva Springs, Silver Springs, 20 min. to Orlando, 15 min. to Sanford Intern. Airport, 30 min. to Orlando Intern. Airport (MCO), UCF, and Seminole State College. Very accessible to major arteries and walking distance to downtown Longwood. The layout of the house was good. That is where it ends.Downstairs bedrooms were very warm. AC was terrible to them. The bathroom in the downstairs, toilet didn't flush, I had to keep taking the lid off the back to flush by hand, the water faucets in the shower where coming out of the wall and never shut off(there were brand parts under the sink though). Listen to a constant drip all night. The lighting was horrible. There were no kitchen towels, the utencils couldn't cut butter, 20 coffee cups but no normal drinking glasses. No outside furniture to go outside if we wanted to. Couldn't really watch tv because the internet was horrible. Most importantly, the owner, who lived on the property was non responsive to text for deal with the deals. Texted him Wednesday when we got there and and he responded on Saturday with, sorry just saw this. Overall the house has a great layout but needs a lot of work. Worse part about it is I reached out to them 2 weeks before with my concerns from previous reviews and that said everything would be good when we arrived.

Host seemed welcoming and was very responsive. It could have been better appointed. Not every bathroom had soap or a hand towel. The kitchen sink was leaking and smelly when we got there. They had someone come fix it the next day. The needs were not very comfortable. It was ok.

Mold! Bugs! Cobwebs! Dirt! Ceiling damage! Solid blankets! Water sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher for who knows how long! Disgusting!!! Host was not attentive at all. As soon as we got there I tried to reach out, I still have not heard back! This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen and I am appalled and embarrassed that I had people come here and stay from out of town. It was so bad most of the beds couldn’t even be slept in! I had two people that had to sleep sitting up in the couch! Unfortunately, I was not in the position where I could leave and get a hotel but had I not spent the money on this place that is what I absolutely would’ve done. I want my money back!

Shower faucet continuously spraying up to the ceiling creating rot. And the only way to make the shower work is by putting a rag around it so it would come out the right way.

Worn down, bug on bed, stains on chairs and bedding, dirty, no AC upstairs

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! First things first....A big COCKROACH on the middle of the bed. That should be enough but there's more.The living room furniture and upholstered dining chairs were worn and STAINED. The outdated kitchen stove, oven and dishwasher had food crumbs in them. The inside of the oven had caked on food and a FRAYED electrical wire. The silverware and utensils looked dirty and some were broken lying amongst the strand of HAIR. The dirty rug in the bathroom and soap scum on all the walls of the showers paled next to the FILTH stuck in the shower drains. The fixtures were in disrepair as well. The blinds on the windows were broken. The window AC Units upstairs looked like they were ready to fall out of the windows and were turned OFF when we arrived creating a musty smell and humid climate in June. Obviously we contacted the owner immediately to cancel our reservation but apparently that was not enough to provide a REFUND.

The house was super clean with a great layout of rooms and bathrooms and very well furnished. It was a great location with easy excess to interstates, also a great value.

There were not enough towels for 8 adults, pulled coffee cups out out cupboards and they were dirty-(put away that way, had coffee grounds in them) called host for more towels and some paper cups (we were not comfortable using any of the dishes) host did call and gave us permission to get more towels out of supply closet. There was a 5 cup coffee pot for 8 adults!! had to make 5 pots every time we wanted coffee! Never brought us any cups so we had to go to store to get paper products! Dishwasher was not usable - sign to guest said “wash your dishes and keep house clean!” Though that was a little rude! Not sure I would recommend this stay to anyone in the future.

Wedding weekend

This property was perfect for our stay. Granddaughter’s wedding weekend and the 8 attendants were able to gather and have hair and makeup done before going to venue. Had plenty of space to make brunch for the group. Only used 2 bedrooms to sleep but was nice to have more if needed. Home was well stocked with everything and clean. Very convenient to stores and restaurants . Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great golf getaway house!

Being 4mature women we wanted a place to accommodate ibsidusl rooms with individual bath tons. This was the perfect house. Veryconvenient to good golf courses and restaurants. Would stay here again

Great host!

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet. Very convenient for shopping nearby. The host was absolutely outstanding, helping us with absolutely anything at the drop of a hat!

Excellent stay for Family wedding

We rented both homes on the property and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is gorgeous in a wooded area, and the properties themselves are well maintained. They provided extras like coffee salt pepper plenty of dishes coffee maker pots pans even plastic ware. I would definitely stay here again and make it a suggestion for anyone that has a large family or group.

Family funeral

My husband and I traveled from Texas for his mother's funeral. This property was perfect for our stay, and our host was very helpful!! She made a stressful time for us much easier. The property is very private, and peaceful!

Comfortable space for a big family

The outdoor area was nice with lots of natural beauty, and the house was comfy and cozy. We used 4 bedrooms with our family of 7, and used the 5th as an office during our stay. We were able to expand the dining table and add chairs and host a total of 12 for a couple meals. The host was kind and accommodating, and great at responding to any questions we had. The only downside was in property upkeep and cleanliness. The floors looked clean but left socks/feet dirty very quickly. There is no dishwasher, so plan to handwash dishes. There were several places where property maintenance was needed such as the kitchen door to the back yard, and some obvious foundation problems. The washing machine was AMAZING though - it removed some clothing stains that my washer at home couldn’t do. I also enjoyed being able to give my little one a bath because there is a tub in one of the bathrooms.

Florida Wedding

I rented this property for several family members and myself to stay during wedding week. We had just 2 concerns—texted the hosts and they took care of them within like 10 minutes. So friendly, helpful. I would definitely rent this property and from these hosts again!

New cleaning company needed.

The positive: The location and size of property was perfect for my family attending a wedding in the area. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, worked for 7 adults and a toddler. Kitchen was lacking in small pots to cook with, and not enough drinking glasses for 7 adults. Less tea cups and more drinking glasses were needed. 3 drinking glasses are not enough. Upstairs bedrooms had issues. Sheets were dirty on one of the bedrooms, along with a dirty used KFC cup on dresser and in one of the drawers, black substance stuck to a drawer. Second upstairs bedroom had a portable a/c unit with an accordion hose that was not connected, resulting in an open hole in screen/window. After calling the owner she advised to just shut the window. Was told that room can get warmer without it. Each room did have a ceiling fan. The house chemicals used to clean prior to arriving was over powering when entering. Not a good smell. Not sure what was actually cleaned. Definitely not the floor and one of the bedrooms. I would suggest they find a new cleaning company and add to their kitchen supplies. Carol June 27, 2021 3nights
