Wir waren im Sommer 2026 mit unserer 9-jährigen Tochter 5 Nächte da. Es ist ein schmuckes Häusschen an einem wunderbaren Ort. Das Problem war aber, dass wir die Küche bei der Ankunft in einem schmutzigem Zustand angetroffen haben. Die Besteckschubladen und auch die Küchenabdeckung waren schmutzig und das Ganze bekam sofort den Eindruck "es ist schmudelig hier". Uns war es ab der ersten Minute so nicht wohl ! Wir mussten zuerst reinigen um es ums gemütlich zu machen. Auch sonst sind einige Sachen in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten riesiges Wetterglück und konnten den Ort super geniessen.Unser Fehler war jedoch, dass wir nicht sofort mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufgenommen haben, sondern erst am letzten Tag. Wir wollten ihr die Möglichkeit geben bei der Reinigung besser zuschauen und eine schlechte Bewertung zu umgehen. Nun leider haben wir bis heute (3 Wochen später) immer noch keine Rückmeldung auf unsere Mailnachricht erhalten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist also auch nicht gut, bzw. etwas schwierig....Schade, denn das Haus könnte schön sein und der Ort auch, aber es verdient max. 3 Sterne..
