Sleeping four across two comfortable bedrooms, this holiday cottage is ideal for small families or couples looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of busy life. In the summer, spend lazy afternoons around the heated swimming pool, or head just 1.5 miles down to Talland Bay where you can get the best of both worlds with one sandy and one rocky beach.

Step into the bright and airy open-plan living area where you get a great view of the pool. Neutral tones feature throughout, giving it a cosy feel; snuggle up on the sofas in front of the TV and watch your favourite show or chill out with a book. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook up tasty meals to eat at the dining table before heading out to the shared patio to enjoy an al fresco drink. When it’s time for bed, head to one of the peaceful bedrooms; get a good night’s rest among tranquil pastel tones before waking up refreshed and ready to take on a day of adventure.

Grab your walking boots and head off down the South West Coast Path from Talland Bay. In one direction, walk 2.5 miles to Samphire Beach (3.5 miles from the property) or in the other 1.5 miles to stunning Polperro (2.5 miles from the property) where crystal clear water awaits. The model village is also perfect for a family day out. You can’t miss the Eden Project (19 miles) while you’re here, with its huge tropical biomes, but children might be more interested in the delightful monkeys at Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (7 miles).
