Welcome to “The Deck”, one of the larger detached properties at the Bay.
At this stylish, nautically-themed home away from home, snuggle down into the cosy sofas with a book, or unwind on the 12 metre long first floor terrace, which catches the sun from first thing in the morning until late in the afternoon.
Follow the sun around to our south-westerly facing secluded and sheltered pretty patio/garden where you can BBQ, dine out and watch the sun go down over the distant coastal hills surrounding Polperro.
The bright and spacious open-plan living area has direct access onto the patio/garden, via French windows, giving you lots of options to relax and play. There are plenty of games and books for more fun in the evenings after the last swim of the day. Enjoy a drink at the breakfast bar in the large well-equipped kitchen area.
There are three good sized bedrooms, all with luxury full sized beds sleeping up to six adults with ease. There are two with en-suite shower rooms on the first floor, both with sliding doors onto the terrace, and the third, on the ground floor has an adjacent full sized bathroom. This, together with level access and adjacent parking makes it ideal for those who find steps a struggle.
The Deck caters for all ages and needs even the pooch can come too, if well behaved!
