Set above the estuary and within easy walking distance of Looe's pretty harbour, sandy beach and fabulous restaurants, Redshank is a striking, newly renovated coastal house.

Dramatic in both design and position above the water, the property rises over four levels, each revealing wider views across the estuary below. At its heart, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space flows out onto balconies that frame the views, creating a sense of light and space. These are rooms made for relaxation; slow mornings with coffee, sociable evenings around the table, and sundowners in the fresh air, accompanied by conversation and glasses of bubbly.

The house offers four beautifully positioned bedrooms, all with balconies, transforming each into a peaceful retreat with its own stunning view. Thoughtful design details, such as original artwork, bespoke lighting, and gorgeous en-suite bathrooms, add a boutique-style throughout.

The pretty harbour town of Looe has long been a popular holiday destination, but even more so since stepping into the spotlight as Shipton Abbot, the fictional setting of the award-winning TV detective drama series, Beyond Paradise. Watch fishing boats come and go from the harbour, enjoy a kayak along the river, swim in the sea or dine on the quayside. Independent shops and cafes line the streets, and historic buildings add to the scene. East Looe's sandy beach is just 800 metres from this fabulous coastal home, and the popular Globe Inn is just 100 metres away, placing you within easy reach of everything the town has to offer.
