Beautiful three-acre landscaped 5-bedroom estate in the northern California town of Loomis, in foothills between Sacramento (half hour) and Lake Tahoe (1 hr). Close to upscale shopping at Galleria in Roseville, and central for day trips to Napa wine country, Gold Rush towns of Auburn & Placerville, state capital of Sacramento, and high Sierra resorts. On property a large vineyard, lake stocked with fish, large redwoods & oaks, lawns, and natural creek in a park-like setting. Very large deck for entertaining!
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Sierra College. You'll find features like an outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
