The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, kettle, and filter coffee machine. In the living area, SAT-TV, WLAN, and a sofa bed are available. There is no air conditioning in this apartment, the heating ensures pleasant temperatures, and a baby cot is available upon request.



The 15 m² terrace offers a magnificent view of the beach, sea, and green surroundings. Equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol, it invites you to have breakfast or relax outdoors.
