Experience relaxing holiday days in this charming holiday home in the northern part of Lopar on the island of Rab. The house is located in a quiet location, just about 100 m from the gently sloping sandy beach and around 1 km from the famous Paradise Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia.



The house offers a total of four comparable apartments for up to four people each. Each living unit has a separate bedroom, is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and WiFi. From the furnished balconies, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. A barbecue area and parking spaces are available on the property. The friendly landlords live in the house and speak German, Italian and Croatian. Pets are welcome, and a boat mooring in the nearby harbour can be used for a fee.



The apartment on the second floor offers sufficient space of approx. 45 m² for couples or small families. It has a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed as well as a bright, air-conditioned living kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed, dining table for four people and satellite TV. Within a radius of a few kilometres, numerous activities such as diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, kayaking, beach volleyball or boat trips along the coast await.
