This cosy holiday apartment on the island of Rab is located in the popular holiday resort of Lopar, just about 300 m from the nearest sandy beach. The accommodation is on the first floor of a well-maintained house with several holiday apartments and offers space for up to five people on 50 m² – ideal for families or couples looking for sun, sea and relaxation.



The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large living area with two sofa beds and a sleeping chair. The combined living, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, dining table, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.



A special highlight is the spacious, covered terrace with sea view. It is 50 m² large, equipped with seating furniture, loungers and a private outdoor grill – perfect for shared meals outdoors or relaxed hours with a view of the surroundings.
