This well-maintained holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is located in a quiet environment, just 100 metres from the fine sandy beach. The famous Paradise Beach is about 1 km away and easily accessible on foot. The house offers four equivalent apartments for up to 4 people each and is ideal for couples, families or small groups looking for sun, sea and relaxation.



The comfortable apartment on the first floor offers 50 m² of living space and a furnished terrace with sea view. The bright living kitchen is air-conditioned and equipped with a dining table for 4 people, sofa bed, SAT-TV and WiFi. In the kitchen area, you will find everything you need for daily requirements – including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The separate bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed as well as access to the terrace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.



The equipment also includes bedding, towels and a private parking space directly at the house. Pets are welcome, but additional costs will be incurred for them as well as for the use of the air conditioning or the boat mooring in the nearby harbour.
