PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful holiday house is located in the famous holiday and seaside resort "Lopar" on the sunny Adriatic island "Rab". Lopar is known for its diverse sandy beaches, hiking and cycling opportunities. The house is quietly located in a residential area, away from the noise and turmoil. Nevertheless, it is only about 250 m to the famous 1.5 km long paradise beach. The house offers 4 apartments for 2-10 people on 3 floors. All apartments have satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. The apartments A1 and A2 also offer sea views. The house has a beautiful well-kept garden area with barbecue, porch swing, dining table and seating for the evening barbecue and a beautiful small lawn area. The nice landlords live in the same house and are always happy to help. German and Croatian are spoken. Also a free parking lot for up to 8 cars is available directly at the house. Since the apartments have no washing machines, you can wash your laundry if necessary with landlords. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. The center of Lopar is about 250 m away, as well as all interesting tourist facilities such as bank, restaurants, leisure facilities and of course the famous 1.5 km long and up to 50 m wide paradise beach (sandy beach). A special feature in Lopar is the free Wi-Fi Internet access in the center which all laptop owners can use without restriction.
