This bright and friendly holiday apartment on the second floor of a well-maintained house in Lopar on the island of Rab offers space for up to 6 people on around 45 m² of living space and is ideal for families or friendly couples looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.
The centre of the apartment is the large, furnished south terrace (30 m²) with partial sea view, awning and seating for up to six people – perfect for a relaxed breakfast in the morning sun or cosy summer evenings.
In the living area, there is a modern kitchen-diner with a dining table, sofa bed and SAT-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), microwave and coffee machine – ideal for cooking together and letting the day end in a convivial atmosphere.
Two comfortable bedrooms each offer a double bed and additional sleeping options. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A washing machine can be used in the landlord's house if needed (possibly for a fee).
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Lopar, just 200 metres from the sea and a gently sloping sandy beach - ideal for families with children. Within a few minutes, you can walk to restaurants, supermarket, bakery, cash machine and cafés. The centre of Lopar is also only about 200 metres away.
Lopar is known for its numerous sandy beaches, including the famous "Paradise Beach (Rajska Plaža)" - one of the most beautiful and longest beaches in Croatia. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, the surrounding area offers ideal opportunities for walks, cycling tours, and water sports such as kayaking, diving, or jet skiing.
In the well-maintained garden area of the house, barbecue facilities and seating areas are available. Parking spaces are directly on the property. The friendly landlords live in the same house and are happy to provide tips for excursions or restaurants.
