Single storey with light, airy, huge open plan interior and adjacent off road parking. Central location for touring Western Brittany. The track outside the Gites leads you down through the woods to the river Douffine. Newly decorated and furnished in a relaxed, fresh, country style. English speaking owners live on site in main farmhouse. Suitable for all year round use with full electric heating included and wood-burner fire, ideal for chilly evenings and winter breaks. All linen provided. Initial basic supplies of tea/coffee, milk, fresh bread, butter, salt and pepper, French cheese and bottle of local cider are all included and will be waiting in your gite for your arrival. Cleaning materials provided. First basket of chopped wood included between October and April. Separate secure storage can be made available for bikes, surf boards, fishing tackle and roof racks etc. Glass front door opens on to small, secluded terrace garden with views and walks to river, woods and surrounding countryside.

Lovely area....Richard and Claire very friendly and helpful. Gite is well equipped. Shower brilliant!! Downside for me was the high steps into gite....the bed was low and rather hard!! Not good for someone with bad knees! Overall tho great stay!

Great Gite Great Location

This is a well-presented gite with all requirements catered for. Unfortunately, the weather was not wonderful but we could not have wanted for better accommodation. Richard was very accommodating when we needed to add a third bed at short notice. The property is big enough to handle this without a problem

Gite très sympathique et bien adapté pour un couple. Merci à Richard pour la confiture, le beurre, le pain et la bouteille de cidre à notre arrivée.Le seul point noir est la hauteur des marches extérieures pour accéder au gîte (à revoir) et les chiens qui aboient en permanence mais qui sont certainement très éloignés du gîte. C'est très désagréable lorsque l'on veut profiter du repas à l'extérieur sur l'emplacement prévu à cet effet.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es ist wundersam ruhig dort. Man benötigt ein Auto für Einkäufe und Ausflüge. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wenn man die Ruhe geniessen möchte absolut zu empfehlen.

Séjour en pleine nature ressourçant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le calme et le confort de ce gîte bien agencé et bien équipé et profité de la terrasse fleurie accompagné du doux vrombissement des abeilles et du chant des oiseaux. Pour les amateurs de sorties randonnées l'emplacement est en effet idéal entre les Monts d'Arrée, la côte, les forêts, et les nombreux petits villages pittoresques à moins d'une heure de route les choix sont nombreux . Par ailleurs nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, réactifs et à nos petits soins et nous remercions Mr et Mme Grégory pour cela.

Ruhiges Naturparadies

Wenn man es einmal wirklich ruhig haben möchte, ist dieses schöne, gut ausgestattete Appartment die erste Wahl. Hier hört man wirklich nur Natur und tagsüber zwischendurch einen Trecker. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Das sehr saubere Appartement, in einem ehemaligen Hofgebäude ist ein großes Einraumzimmer plus Bad. Das Bad ist modern und komfortabel. Die Möbel sind gemütlich und das Bett ist gut. Auf der Terrasse schaut man auf den Wald. Den Bach erreicht man über einen Feldweg in ungefähr 10 Minuten. Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Gewässer. Erforderlich ist aber ein Auto. Zu einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen braucht man zu Fuß wenigstens 30 Minuten, zu einem richtigen Supermarkt 60 Minuten. J Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir absolute Ruhe brauchen.

Week-end dépaysant

L'objectif de notre séjour était de nous couper de l'effervescence de la ville. Ce fut une réussite ! Le coin est très agréable, avec la rivière qui coule quelques centaines de mètres en contre bas de la maison. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et agréable. Richard est très accueillant, notre weekend s'est très bien passé. Thanks a lot to Richard for his kindness and the nice place he holds.
