Built in 1910, this 3BR farmhouse sits atop a small hill overlooking fields, Fisherman’s Bay, and Shaw Island. Relax on the front porch taking in the water views while listening to ospreys, owls and eagles. Deer and bunnies frequent the property, as well.

The house was recently remodeled with locally sourced Douglas Fir flooring downstairs with original Fir flooring upstairs.

Carefully furnished to create a warm, inviting island feel.

Walking distance to the Islander, the marina (near kayak and bike rentals!) and Lopez Village - yet within a private setting.
