In the heart of Gâtinais with Ferrières, Montargis and Château-Landon 20 minutes away, 50 km from Fontainebleau. Ground floor: living-dining room with open fitted kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (bedroom n°1 with 1 bed 140x190, bedroom n°2 with 3 beds 90x190), separate bathroom (bath, sink, washing machine), separate toilet. Heat pump heating. Deposit.
Outside: Private terrace (separated from the second cottage by a large hedge) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.
