Located in the heart of the Gâtinais region, with Ferrières, Montargis, and Château-Landon 20 minutes away, and 50 km from Fontainebleau. Ground floor: living-dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), bedroom 2 with 3 single beds (90x190 cm), separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, washing machine), separate toilet. Heat pump heating. Security deposit.
Outside: Private terrace (separated from the second cottage by a large hedge) with garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol.
