The completely independent Villa La Carraia (133 sqm) takes its name from an old barn and consists of a dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a soppaco with a double sofa bed for a total of 6 beds. Outside a portico, equipped for outdoor dining, with a wonderful view of the pool and a lawn where children can always play watched by their parents.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, American coffee machine but you will also find the moka.
The farm has two barbecures available to our guests for delicious grilled. Wood and pine cones can be collected in the forest.
The farm is located in a strategic position to reach the main historic artistic places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra. Just 20 minutes drive from Pisa airport and the sea.
The large park that surrounds the estate makes it an oasis of serenity and also offers ample space for your children's games in absolute tranquility and security. It is an ideal place for the family on holiday, looking for open and safe spaces for their children but also for groups of friends.

We hebben er niet verbleven

We mochten niet inchecken daar we opmerkingen hadden gemaakt over de verouderde accommodatie. Niet conform wat we mochten verwachten voor die prijs. Dus we hebben er niet verbleven! We moesten dadelijk het huis verlaten!

Tuscany super vacations

Restful, peaceful and very enjoyable holiday in La Serra a property. Our host Stefania was very welcoming and ready to help. Large swimming pool was very enjoyable as very clean and not crowded. La Serra is very well located to explore the historic places of Pisa, Firenze, San Gimigniano, Sienna,Lucca and even do a trip to the beach. We would just recommend to our host to change the dishwasher which was old and not functioning properly (we ended washing by hand), and upgrade / add up more modern cutlery and more plates, bowls. Having said that the stay at property was great and exactly what we were looking for.

Schöner Rückzugsort - Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Toskana

Wir haben mit drei Jungs dort Urlaub gemacht, die den Pool voll genossen haben. Das Haus steht auf einem sehr großen, umzäunten Gelände auf dem es sogar mehrere "Naturpfade" zu entdecken gibt. Hunde, Katzen, Esel, Ziegen, ein Pferd und sogar Hängebauchschweine sind auf dem Anwesen. Das Haus liegt direkt mit Blick auf den Pool, ideal wenn man Kinder hat die Wasserratten sind. Das Haus war ausreichend mit allem Bestückt was man benötigt. In der kleinen Küche haben wir im Handumdrehen auf dem Gasherd Pasta gezaubert und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Die Gebüren für die Waschmaschine haben wir uns gespart und schnell alles mit der Hand durchgespült. Handtücher waren im Preis inklusive und waren reichlich vorhanden. Bei kleinen Problemen ist der Weg zu den Vermietern kurz und die Kommunikation mit der Tochter des Hauses auf englisch sehr gut. Uns wurde immer schnell und freundlich geholfen. Auf dem speziell für Kinder sehr gut geeigneten Gelände gibt es einen kleinen Olivenhain und große Felder mit Sonnenblumen. Vor allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, die beiden Badezimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Den Müll trennt man und bringt ihn, weil es auf dem Gelände keine Entsorgung gibt, im nächsten Ort zu den öffentlichen Tonnen bevor man in die Toskana aufbricht. Alles in allem haben wir uns die zwei Wochen rundum wohl gefühlt und können jedem, der dem Troubel der Großstadt entfliehen will, nur ans Herz legen hier die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
