Casita Paseo is the best option to having your own quiet retreat just steps away from the Loreto Bay beach. Although is a one-bedroom home (1.5 Bathroom) is a spacious vacation home with a big terrace and a built in BBQ-Grill; a complete kitchen and dining room. You will love this location; as is near all the Loreto Bay development amenities, bars and restaurants and around 700 feet from the Nopolo Beach.
The Space:
Casita Paseo is in a fully secure development called Loreto Bay, right near the beach, it has 24-hour security, the casa is a 1,400 square feet, including a big room with en-suite bathroom; with a fully landscaped interior courtyard with a fountain. Exquisite details such as handcrafted Saltillo tile flooring, deep hinged windows, wrought iron stairways. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room and remote control air conditioning/heat are present throughout.
Living room area includes sofa, and internet and many other fixtures. Dining room with seating for six. Kitchen with all appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, blender, coffeemaker, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc., one master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed. Outdoor viewing terrace includes a sink built-in gas barbeque under the pergola shading. The villa also has a stacked washer and dryer.

Property Management onsite everyday. You can contact them for any special requests or to report anything.

This place was extremely dirty. There are pictures if required. I never had a dryer that worked and the "host" said a part was coming from La Paz never happened in a month. There was no deck furniture as the place is being sold and the seller did not want the furniture in any photos so removed it all. The washing machine did not really clean anything very poor. Then there was a notice in the door that we could not use the pools as the owner had not paid dues/fines. There was not enough hot water to fill a bath tub... A lot of money for the Month and so disappointing.

Perfect for us!

I actually don’t think the listing did the place justice. This was the same price as the hotel down the way and you still get to use their pool, if you want. We always got parking right In front of the condo and we were right next to the little market as well. 2 min walk to the beach and lap pool. We didn’t cook much but could've as the kitchen was well stocked with what you would need. Loved that the living and kitchen space was totally separate from the bedroom. And to that point all the double doors opened for a true indoor/outdoor living situation. The water is really hard so the plumbing fixtures and kitchen items look well-used or not well cleaned but that seemed to be the case all over Loreto. Just get over it and you’ll be happier. :) My only complaint is that there wasn’t lounging furniture on the rooftop as we would’ve love to have a night cap up there.I would like to put a couple pictures in here as I don’t think the listing captured the beautiful courtyard well. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend
