Relax in Loreto Bay's newest and largest beach front home. This property was the original developer's property. The only Loreto house with one side on the golf course facing the mountains and the other side facing the ocean. Five bedrooms have ocean views and most bathrooms have ocean and mountain views.
You will quickly appreciate why they say: “Loreto is where the mountains come to swim”.
The house is not only the largest square foot property but also has the largest pool. Enjoy the ocean views from the in-pool bar stools or the chairs on the baja shelf. For more pool fun swim through a water curtain into the morrocan inspired grotto, tiled in beautiful talavera tile.
The home is decorated in traditional Mexican hacienda style. All of the furniture is custom made in Mexico. The Mexican talavera tile is the finest in the country. The artwork has been curated over the last decade from the farthest corners of Mexico.
The Sea of Cortes and the Giganta Sierra Mountains are truly special natural beauties. Our obsession with these natural beauties is why the house is designed to capture these views from every space in the casa. The serenity that comes with soaking up these views will cast a spell on you.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Loreto Bay National Marine Park. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The villa offers 6.5 bathrooms and a washer.

As a luxury travel adviser and scout for high-end clients, I seek out properties that offer privacy, comfort, and unique experiences. This home is an ideal retreat for clients looking for a low-key nature escape. Located at the edge of the pristine Loreto Bay development, it provides both seclusion and stunning, unobstructed views of the water and mountains—key elements that my clients value. I appreciated the added security of the development and the convenience of being just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to charming Loreto town which is a designated “Pueblo Mágico”The home itself exceeds expectations, even beyond what the photos convey. It features five spacious and comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with breathtaking views. The sleeper sofa in the sixth room, is perfect for children or a nanny. I especially liked that one of the bedrooms includes a Sleep Number bed, ensuring personalized comfort.The housekeepers were present most days and offered to cook or assist with meal prep if needed. Though they didn’t speak English, communication was seamless thanks to the property manager’s translation assistance and my own translator.This property is well-suited for water enthusiasts, hikers, golf and yoga groups, retreats and multigenerational family getaways or anyone seeking a peaceful escape. Despite being in a small town, the area offers plenty of outdoor, beach and water activities. It’s a perfect destination to relax, recharge, and unwind from daily life.
