Lorgues sits in the heart of Provence Verte, equidistant from the stunning beaches of the Var coast and the remarkable sites of Haut Var. The area offers many summer activities and events, both in Lorgues and nearby picturesque villages. The renovated 18th-century bastide is set on a private 4,000 m² plot with no overlooking neighbors, surrounded by Provençal countryside. The house features a living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a spacious room open to nature that can serve as a bedroom, entrance hall, kitchen and utility room, two bathrooms, and two toilets (one separate). A large shaded terrace in front of the house is furnished with a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue for outdoor dining. Garden furniture invites you to relax in sun or shade. An outdoor jacuzzi sits on a terrace beneath an old olive tree, offering idyllic views of the Provençal landscape. On-site parking is available.
