Charming House in Lorgues with Terrace and Private Garden
Charming old bastide, fully equipped and comfortable, ideal for up to 6 guests. A peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, yet close to the beautiful village of Lorgues.
Easy access to the A8 motorway via Le Cannet des Maures or Le Muy exits, both about 20 km away.
The final approach to the property is via Chemin de la Lauvette, which some GPS systems may have trouble locating. The road begins with an old bridge you must cross, then immediately turn left onto a relatively narrow dirt path, typical of the Provençal hills. The house is at the end, about 100 m along.
Lorgues is a village in the heart of Provence Verte, equally close to the stunning beaches of the Var coast and the beautiful sites of Haut Var. This popular holiday spot offers many summer activities and events, both locally and in the picturesque surrounding villages.
The 18th-century bastide, fully renovated, is surrounded by lovely Provençal nature on a 4,000 m² plot with no overlooking neighbors.
The house includes 6 rooms: living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, a large open room that can serve as a bedroom, entrance, kitchen and utility room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets (one separate). A large shaded terrace in front of the house is set up for outdoor dining: a teak table with 6 chairs, a metal table with a stone bench and 2 armchairs, plus a gas barbecue. For relaxation, 3 deck chairs and 4 sun loungers are also available. The dining room seats up to 6 around a large wooden table. The living room, reflecting the 18th-century bastide style, is warm and intimate.
An outdoor jacuzzi is installed on a terrace shaded by an old olive tree, offering idyllic views of the Provençal countryside. On-site parking available.
