The north-south facing duplex is very bright. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom and bathroom, accessible via a private architectural staircase. The living room features a TV (Chromecast, Netflix), the kitchen is fully equipped ("on your island, just like at home"), and the toilet is separate. High-speed fiber WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Private parking is located right outside. A shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and a communal library are available for residents of the three Îlots de Merville apartments. The overall atmosphere is that of a family guesthouse. Self check-in is possible using an access code for the entryway and a key box on the landing.
