Grand yet unpretentious, stylish yet homely, literally meaning stay here, rest, sit down. Completed in late 2015, Allawah has been purpose built and furbished to offer an array of inviting living spaces both inside and out. Whilst contemporary and somewhat chic at first glance, Allawah has a fun imaginative feel making it warm & homely.

Set across two levels and joined by the most striking free form steel staircase, the property boast all sorts of holiday inspired features.

Spacious open plan kitchen complete with butlers pantry, fully ensuited master bedroom with ocean views through the homes interior, rumpus complete with old school Atari gaming table all opening onto a sheltered private courtyard, north facing ground level sun deck complete with alfresco lounge and outdoor bean bags, the list goes on.

On the street side, a backdrop of native eucalyptus provide privacy and shelter. The location ties in the best of Lorne, with the Otway forest behind and a short stroll up to the Lorne Country Club. Heading towards the ocean, a 500m walk will find you on the beach or take a slightly different path into the heart of town. Bedrooms and bathrooms are as you would expect from such a well planned home, all comfortable, functional and well equipped.

Other features include double lock up garage, reverse cycle air con, Foxtel and assortment of books and games to keep the troops entertained in any weather. Make your beach holiday memorable for all the right reasons, sit back, relax amongst friends and family and let the EbbTide take you away.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
