This 4-bedroom villa in Loro Ciuffenna has a private swimming pool to cool down on a hot day. It is panoramically situated in the Tuscany hills, between Arezzo and Florence. The villa is perfect for a large family, two smaller families, or a group of up to 8 friends. _x000D_

In the direct surrounding, you will find many typical villages with lovely little restaurants and authentic architecture. At 2 km, you have the town center for enjoying the street life and strolling. Restaurants and supermarkets are also at 2 km. The lake at 5 km is great to enjoy sunsets. From here, it is easy to reach the towns of Florence, Arezzo, and Siena._x000D_

The villa offers all the comfort and has ample space for everyone. It has a private fenced garden for relaxing or playing with children. You can cook delicious recipes in the large kitchen and even bake cakes or pizzas. There are a verandah and a balcony to enjoy your meals. There is a garage. Paolo was an excellent host, he even left us a wonderful plate of salumi and bread at our arrival. The villa was very cozy and well furnished, and was very comfortable for 8 people. Very recommended!

Wir waren im Juli für zwei Wochen mit einer Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinde ...

Wir waren im Juli für zwei Wochen mit einer Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dieser wunderschönen Vila. Auch unsere 3 Hunde waren willkommen. Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Grundstück, das komplett eingezäunt ist. Große Garage für 3 Autos, schöner Swimmingpool mit Dusche. Alles war gut organisiert und die Handtücher waren fertig (und wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich außerdem 3 große Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer (eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne). Schließlich gibt es noch ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten (ich würde sagen bis maximal 12 bis 14 Jahre). Und ein Balkon, den wir wegen der Hitze eigentlich nicht genutzt haben. Das Haus kann schön kühl gehalten werden, indem alles rechtzeitig geschlossen wird. Sowohl Florenz als auch Siena sind leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Etwas weiter in der Nähe liegen Arezzo und natürlich das nahegelegene Loro Cuiffenna mit den leckersten Restaurants. Unsere Einkäufe erledigten wir im Coop in der Nähe. Vergessen Sie in Loro nicht, ein Eis in der Gelateria al Ponte zu essen. Und was das Essen angeht: Pizza bestellen und abholen bei: Pizzaria a tutta. Restaurants: la torre, Và pensiero, Il cipresso, alle empfehlenswert. Leckeres Essen. Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu erwähnen. Das Innere des Hauses ist etwas veraltet, aber unserer Meinung nach passt es zum Charme der Gegend. Keine Klimaanlage, das hat uns auch nicht gestört. Ich hatte auch wenig Probleme mit Mücken, aber mit Ameisen (ich glaube nicht, dass man ihnen ausweichen kann). Ich würde diese Vila auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
