VILLA BOCCIOLO - MACERATA AREA
Villa Bocciolo is a beautifully renovated villa with a private swimming pool. Located in the Macerata area of Le Marche, the villa is ideal for a lovely rural retreat with family or groups of friends. Situated close to Loro Piceno (3 km) where you can find shops and restaurants, it is also within easy driving distance of the Sibillini National Park, the unforgettable beaches of Riviera del Conero and the towns of Macerata, Civitanova and Tolentino.
Villa Bocciolo (350 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with sofas, fireplace, and Wi-Fi), a dining room (with tables and chairs), a well-equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and toaster) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
On the first floor, there are two small kitchens (with hob and fridge), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
