Its spacious living room, bathed in natural light, opens onto a furnished balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or making the most of summer evenings. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and share your meals. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and a second with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A functional bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment. For a pleasant stay in any season, La Perla Azul is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT:
Located on the first floor (accessible by lift), our apartment enjoys a prime location close to all amenities and services.
On arrival, our city manager will assist you with check-in to show you around the property and provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your stay. The apartment does not have private parking, but it is usually easy to find free parking in the surrounding streets.
