This comfortable flat is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing break on the Costa Cálida. It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.

There are also 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and a bright living room with access to a balcony, offering peaceful views of the surrounding area.

Set in a magnificent residence with exceptional facilities, including several swimming pools, children's pools and extensive green spaces, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

## Access

Located on the first floor with lift, our flat enjoys a privileged location close to all services and amenities. A large car park outside the residence provides easy and convenient parking for your vehicle, allowing you to explore the area in complete freedom.

You will have easy access to the urbanisation and the flat. You will be able to enter the flat on your own and we will give you all the information you need to collect the keys. All you need to do is let us know your arrival time.

The nearest airport is Murcia-San Javier International Airport, located approximately 7 kilometres from Los Alcázares. This airport mainly serves national and European flights. Once at the airport, you can rent a car, take a taxi or use the shuttle service to get to the flat.

Alicante airport : Alicante-Elche airport is located approximately 96 kilometres from Los Alcázares. It is the most important airport in the region and offers national and international flights.
