Excellent location if you want to be close to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Manhattan Beach. The unit was clean and well appointed. Garage stall tight but valuable. AC unit in living room but bedrooms didn’t have great ventilation. Fortunately, ocean breezes and open windows kept things comfy. Communication with the host regarding bath towels and check in could have been improved. Some street noise/party noise at night, but overall a good value for my family.
