Stunning single-story modern 3,870 sqft Amazing house in quiet Sherman Oaks neighborhood. 12 ft wood-beamed ceilings, wide plank French Oak floors and custom built-ins. Gourmet Chef’s kitchen with stone counters, Thermador appliances. The exquisite master features access to the backyard, large walk-in closet, and spa-like master bath with soaking tub, glass shower, and dual vanity. The spacious yard has a sparkling zero edge salt system pool complete with a spa and abundant entertaining space!

General Rules of the house :

General
• Maximum overnight stay: 8 guests.
• During the daytime, up to 12 people may be present on the property (please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional daytime visitors).
• Overnight guests must be registered in the booking.
• No loud noise or music after 9:00 PM (respect the neighbors).
• Alcohol may not be consumed outside the property or on the street.
• No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard.
• No illegal activities of any kind are permitted on the property.
• No strangers or unregistered guests allowed.
• No parties, events, or pets are allowed.

Pool & Jacuzzi
• The pool does not have a fence and is open at all times. Use at your own risk.
• The pool is for adults only. Children may use it only under guest’s full responsibility.
• Jacuzzi is heated only upon request. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance so we can turn it on remotely.
• Jacuzzi use is allowed until 11:00 PM (quiet hours for neighbors).
• Please let us know once you finish using the Jacuzzi.
• Jets work automatically.
• On some Mondays, after pool cleaning, use may be restricted for a few hours.

• Gardener: Tuesdays.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional hourly rate.

• Candles, open flames, or fireworks are not allowed.

• Any damage to property (including furniture, appliances, or amenities) must be reported immediately. Guests are financially responsible for damages.

Beautiful home in great location. My husband and I and our 5 daughters ages 17-24yo stayed. Plenty of room and lots of bathrooms. Hot tub did get hot enough but took a bit to heat to its full potential but we were there during a rainy, cooler week. Kitchen was roomy. We really didn’t do much cooking but did make breakfast and it was adequately stocked. We would stay again.

Hot tub was nice and hot. House is huge and very beautiful with gorgeous finishes. I love how every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. The Internet is a bit lacking in the bedrooms and the beds were not comfortable which was disappointing considering how beautiful the house is with so many nice touches and finishes. Despite the beds needing to be better quality to match the rest of the house, I would definitely stay there again and can’t say enough about how spacious and beautiful the home is.

The communication with the host was not that good. He didn’t respond promptly sometimes. His sheet of instructions in the house are not updated. He didn’t speak very good English. You can’t heat up the jacuzzi unless he does it. Some of the appliances are old and partially broken. The rooms had their own bathroom so that was nice.

Great stay in Sherman Oaks

We had a great stay at this property. It was close to the 101 and easy access to the 405. A 5 minute drive to Ventura Blvd. Lots to do. Safe neighborbhood. Looks like the photos. Would rent again!

Unsanitary House! Roach Infested!

House was not cleaned properly before our stay. Roaches throughout the house. I wish I could upload photos so everybody can see for themselves. Host is not understanding and is rude. Made false accusations about a party when we were total 13 people including the 3 workers for my mom’s birthday dinner I hosted. Do not book with Bek, unless you want to check into a dirty home with roaches and then get accused of having a party when you bring it up to his attention. Terrible service!!

Valley Oasis

We had a great stay at this property! Owner was very accommodating and we had constant communication. The outdoor space is beautiful, like a mini oasis in Sherman Oaks. Perfect for our stay!

Very nice property! Pool was great, nice open floor plan with huge kitchen, comfortable outdoor seating for with fire table/heater if it gets cool, and nice grill area. Nice quiet neighborhood with Hollywood and WeHo areas only a quick Uber/Lyft ride away. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and replied promptly to all of our inquiries. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved our stay at Bek’s modern farmhouse home

We loved staying here. It’s a lovely property in a nice neighbourhood and was easily located close to everything we were doing in LA for our one week holiday. Bek was very responsive all the time and very understanding when we had some issues with some aspects of the cleanliness of the property. He offered to get the cleaners back in straight away during our stay but I declined as it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really impact our stay. We would definitely return and were sad to leave here as we loved it. It was great having the pool because it was really warm weather and there’s a large shallow bit in the pool which is great for young kids. There were some floaties left at the property and my 3yr old and 7yr old got to enjoy these. We hope to return next year. Thanks Bek for everything.
