Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and clean but the shower was a little tricky but just follow directions you'll be fine. Close to Universal Studios and the Good Neighbor restaurant. The lounge was nice and the complimentary cocktails were nice.

Not worth the price!

They charge for tandem parking! Be very careful, because they tried to double charge me! Omar was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Unfortunately, there were plumbing problems! Shower backed up, toilet clogged, shower has to come with instructions, because it doesn't work like a regular shower! There was one tiny bar of soap, but no hand soap, or body wash!They only offer coffee in the morning, but they have a mini store where you can purchase overpriced items! I could not in good conscience recommend this place! Not worth the money!

Good price for just sleep

I understand the hotel was "under construction" but we didn't see any of it. The room had a portable air conditioner, which took hours to cool the room off. The room didn't have any mirrors, and the water pressure was okay. The tv was dated, and the remote control barely worked. If you're just coming here to sleep then it's fine, good price for being close to universal.

Pool was enclosed and plenty of towels. Rooms were nice and clean. They are finishing up the remodeling and updating. Hot shower with good pressure. The bed was a little soft for my husband. Walking distance to Ralph's grocery store, Starbucks, Panda Express, and universal studios tram.
