About this property
Garden Casita in the Heart of Los Angeles
Charming studio in the backyard of a historic Los Angeles home. Surrounded by a lush garden with avocado, citrus, pomegranate trees and a Spanish tile patio, the casita is fully equipped with a queen bed, closet, full kitchen, tub/shower and desk.
Privacy and serenity in the middle of LA!
The neighborhood
Historic West Adams is centrally located in Los Angeles with easy access to Downtown, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Grove, Culver City, LACMA, Koreatown, SoFi and beaches (all within 15-30 minute drive).
The space
The guesthouse is a Mid Century studio with a queen-size bed, full kitchen and private bathroom. You enter through the driveway and walk to the back of the property to your own private casita entrance.
My family and I live in the main house and you will have the back house all to yourself.
You will also have shared access to the garden where you can sit and watch the birds, read a book, sunbathe, dine al fresco or do outdoor yoga.
We are happy to recommend our favorite local places to eat and visit during your stay!
The space comfortably sleeps 2 adults. There is 1 queen bed, and 1 large couch. It is not a pull-out couch.
Kids who sleep in the same room can also sleep here with you. There is a pack n play portable crib available for use as well as a washer/dryer.
We love our home and ask that you please treat the space with respect :)

The studio is all yours to use, and you have access to the shared patio, washer/dryer in the garage, and the garden.
There are combo locks on both the private entry gate and casita. Entry codes will be shared the day of your arrival.
Street parking is available, and you will use a hanging parking pass on your rearview mirror in order to park on our street overnight.
Other things to note
Please note our family with a toddler lives in the home. We live in the front house and the studio is nestled in the garden in the backyard.
We do not allow any parties, guests or events. Please be respectful of our neighbors during your stay. No smoking indoors. There is a designated outdoor smoking area on the patio.
We are often outside enjoying a glass of wine or watering the plants. There are no shared walls with us - the casita is all yours!
