Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. There was a lot of noise coming from the street, and we were unable to sleep at night. Additionally, the mattress was not comfortable at all. The only positive aspect was the location, as it is close to the beach.

The room was extremely clean and this little place has been updated. The guy worked in the office was very friendly. The price is cheap. Water pressure seem good. TV got many channels. Only a couple complaints, there’s no elevator to the upper floor and none of the soda machines seem to work.

Staff was nice, we found the room to be clean and updated. There were a few restaurants close by and a grocery store, which was nice and convenient. We did have an extreme loud neighbor yelling and screaming for two hours at the TV starting at two in the morning! I ended up calling front desk and the person stopped. We would stay here again not without a crazy neighbor..

Staff was kind, room was clean, parking was easy, location was convenient. However between 1:30am and 2:30am cars came and went obviously they weren’t hotel guests. They would park, get out of their car walk to the corner of the building by the office and then return to their car and leave. I couldn’t see what exactly they were doing…. But they weren’t staying there. It felt like an unsafe situation. And I wouldn’t stay there again.

The area felt very unsafe. Street racing, sirens, and helicopters could be heard all night. Homeless people were camped on the side of the building. A police incident was happening outside of our hotel room in the middle of the night - I could hear incoherent hollering, and the police responding with "put your hands up! turn around!". There was frequently a strong smell of marijuana smoke entering our room thru the AC system. We got nearly zero sleep. I will never stay here again.

Very clean, fairly comfortable room. The area around the property was unsafe, and new construction was going on across the street. I heard numerous sirens throughout both nights, along with other outside noises, making sleep difficult. There is no sound insulation and the walls are thin, exposing the patron to others' noises.
