these are the old cast iron tubs that new a great luxury to take a bath in; they hold the heat!
good water pressure in showers.

tempurpedic mattresses.
* IF YOU WOULD LIKE WHITE SHEETS PLEASE LET US NOW; otherwise we use white
and taupe cottage pattered sheets (small florals etc)
1 sofa and one queen 20" air mattress if you have 5 people and one is a child /teen
1 large down twin mattress ( for extra) person or child.
Art Walls have been removed for freshly painted walls.

Great property. Great host. Very accommodating and friendly to our family of 5 (with 3 kids 8 and under). Would highly recommend. Great location to Venice and Santa Monica beaches. Best price I found!
