The room was not cleaned, dirty towel and dirty linen. The shower wasn’t cleaned either. Staff didn’t answer the phone majority of the time. The lobby area was dirty and the outside garbage was always full to capacity. I left a message on the GM’s voicemail and he never called me back regarding my complaint. I left the message while on property.
