Sketchy at best

let’s start a list…. deadbolt on door non functional electric lock sketchy to open at best bathroom light switch sparked and stayed on intermittently 2 outlets out of 8 held a plug securely had to move the microwave to the bathroom counter to work no remote batteries, had to go buy them when batteries were installed, no cable anyway

Ghetto and gross

The room was dirty and run down. The towels were dirty, the toilet and blanket were dirty. There was no smoke detector in the room, no fixtures in the lights so they were just bare bulbs. It smelled like cigarettes, the walls are super thin. No conditioner, just shampoo, no coffee maker. The shutters on the window was broken. Just a very bad room in a run down hotel. Definitely do no recommend.

Terrible stay

The hotel is terrible. Gangs hanging outside near the laundromat. Bugs running in and out of the window seals. The shower water didn’t even run hot all for $144.00??? Maybe it was my fault i shouldn’t have been so cheap and just threw another 100 dollars on top and looked for a better hotel, i advise all those reading to do the same.

The description on Expedia says "laptop friendly workspaces" - nope, none. The wifi was broken. Limited television options. Also: read ALL the pool property info because way at the bottom is the "$20 cash deposit required". Not a pleasant experience, rooms need cleaning and general upgrade. Feels more like a no-tell motel than "hotel & suites".

We had been staying here three times, the room quality getting worse and worse. The first time, it was great due to the location, has lots of good stores nearby -AMCs, Crazy Rock Sushi, etc. Place was good, normal and the staff was good. The second time - the sink was clogged and there was one cockroach. This last time - from the beginning the door for the room couldn't open, we got move to a different room, outside of the room had trash bags, broken suitcases, messy looking, the floor inside was kinda oily and dirty, the towels had with stain marks, the toilet seat was not attached the the toilet, no TV remote. Staff offers to change room to another room with the TV remote that working but we said no as we checking out next morning. The staffs were reponsive and assist with our needs but the room quality is very bad.

The first hotel that will ask for extra cash value just because I needed a room at ground level due to my leg condition. Just because of that up charge $40 on top of the daily price on the internet. So just be ready for some unexpected up charges.
