Welcome to our spacious and inviting home featuring three cozy bedrooms and ample entertainment options.

Bedroom A boasts a comfortable Queen bed and a 32" TV, accommodating up to 2 guests.

In Bedroom B, you'll find a Full-size bunk bed and another 32" TV, perfect for up to 3 guests

Bedroom C offers a Twin size trundle bed with an additional pull-out bed underneath, suitable for 2 guests. Please note that Bedroom C does not have a door for privacy, but it conveniently connects to the second bathroom and the outdoor patio.

The living room sectional can accommodate one extra guest, allowing a total of 8 guests to enjoy their stay. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. Additionally, we have provided a new washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and high-speed internet to keep you connected.

All TVs are set up for you to log in to your favorite streaming services. While the fireplace is currently unavailable, rest assured, our central heater will keep you comfortable.

We offer a "pack and play" available for your use at the property. This is free of cost. Just bring it out of the closet and pull out of its cover. Please put it back after use.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

No parties or events allowed.
Our home is strictly non-smoking. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere on the property or if there's a smoke smell inside the home.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
To prevent plumbing issues, do not flush baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash.
Follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
When leaving the house, lock all doors and close windows, and use only the back door, which will automatically lock when pulsed.
A few reminders to enhance your stay:

If using the sectional for sleeping, we provide bedding for your comfort.
Initial paper supplies (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll) are complimentary; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby grocery stores.
Cleaning supplies are located in the cabinets under the kitchen sink.
Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles (1 in the driveway, 1 inside the garage).
Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the garage, remembering to clean out the dryer trap after use. Complimentary laundry essentials are provided for your first few uses.
Our community is family-oriented and safe, with an elementary school and church nearby. Our neighbors care for each other, and we ask that you treat the neighborhood with respect during your stay.
