Excellent property and good amenities in the apartment. Great location, on the marina, overlooking the boats. Walkable to Mothers Beach and Venice beach strip. I Would definitely rent again. The host has made sure kitchen has basics including spices, coffee, pan spray, oil, etc. Nice touch.

We stayed for 3 nights. Definitely download the app to make getting in and out of the property easy. The 2 BR unit was very spaciousand a beautifulview of the marina. The beds are very low, almost to the floor, so if you have any mobility issues, it might be difficult getting in and out of bed. . The master bathroom shower did have draining issues which we reported immediately but never heard from the owner :*/ The kitchen was well stocked. The chairs in the dining area are not the best. Two in the closet were broken (which we didnt realize until sitting on!) and at lest one other was on its way out!All in all a good stay in a great location.

The apartment was well appointed and well equipped. Especially pleased there was a Nespresso machine. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well stocked with herbs and utensils should you wish to. The blinds are more privacy blinds versus black-out. So if you like to sleep in the dark I recommend you bring eye patches. Good comms from Don - would defitnitel stay again if I’m on LA.
