This hotel is so retro and cute! I loved the decor, the cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and courteous! The bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom was great as well!

Very clean and easy to check in, the front desk is always helpful and kind! The location is very walkable, there’s food and drinks close by! A grocery store RIGHT across the street. I highly recommend giving CC “city center” a shot!

I didn’t even end up staying here. I drove around the property for almost an hour trying to find a spot. It looks like a good hotel but I was tired from driving 11 hours. I stayed somewhere else. Parking is absolutely terrible.

the hotel is self-service so make sure you have double of everything before going up to your room. the staff is very friendly and love to talk and hear about adventures. parking isn’t the best but the hotel has a few spots in the back alley. the area is nice and clean but there is a lot of homeless drug addicts that will ask for money so be prepared for that.

The staff are not always available for check in but there is a self check in. The arrival was a little uncertain as the staff was scarce at check in but when we connected with staff they were eager to help. The onsite restaurant was exceptional and we happened on live jazz music which was a bonus. We would stay again … pre cruise likely.

The room was very clean, beautiful, and well stocked with all the amenities I needed and more. The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. The only real downside was parking. If you don’t have a car, maybe ride sharing during your stay then it is a perfect hotel! But if you have a car you will need to drive during your stay then it’s maybe not the best option. While I was there a different guest got their car broken into and I had to pay additional fees to park in a private parking lot unrelated to the hotel several blocks away.

The hotel was decent. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Didnt care much for an automatic light coming on at 2 AM when we went to the toilet. A lot of homeless in the area, they left us alone in the mornings but we were approached multiple times in the evening hours. Lots to do within walking distance, and definitely better to get the things done more during the day. We didnt see many souvenir type shopping, but there us an outlet center right by the aquarium.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were beyond amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Long Beach. If I’m ever in the Long Beach area again, I will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. Also very pet friendly!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the City Center Hotel by Kasa! The stay really felt luxurious and the staff was super friendly and courteous. The only hiccup was a technical issue with our room lock late at night, after 11 pm, which was stressful since we also had an early morning flight. That being said, the unfortunate situation was handled well. We were able to reach the emergency help desk right away, and they promptly arranged a temporary room for us while they tried to contact maintenance. Within about 45 minutes, the general manager personally arrived and manually opened the lock so we could access our room. Aside from that brief moment of anxiety, everything else was excellent. We especially loved the comfortable and spacious beds. Overall we would absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
