The room its self was ok not to bad. There where stains on the sheet. The topper was having to wait 30 minutes to check in because the guy that was at the front desk was literally asleep behind a small desk.

I’ll be honest. I’m only staying at this hotel for nostalgia reasons! I was raised in the area, attended the JR High down the street, attended the Church down the road growing up, and played at the park across the street! I’m in Southern California for work about once a month between LA and San Diego but chose to stay here for the reasons I mentioned. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The rooms are typically in good condition and clean. My last stay October 23rd, the room was not very clean, hair on the bed, less towels than normal and a pair of panty hose in the trash. I will be for sure staying there but just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Only thing I wasn’t impressed with regarding breakfast was there was only sausage which I can’t eat. Bacon would have been great. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and staff was very nice.
